5. Leadership and Ethics

This Leadership and Ethics module helps learners rethink leadership from a position of authority to a practice of influence and creating value. It builds self-leadership as the foundation for leading others through initiative, accountability, and example. Learners also apply global citizenship and sustainability principles in decision-making, navigate ethical dilemmas with integrity, and use digital tools for inclusive, transparent, and accountable leadership in today’s connected world.
