In Communications & Content Creation, the “one-and-done” approach to posting is the fastest way to burn out. I’ve been experimenting with a “Create Once, Distribute Five Times” strategy to work smarter.
For every long-form article or video, I now try to create:
• The Summary: A quick social media thread.
• The Visual: A high-impact graphic or carousel.
• The Teaser: A 60-second video script.
• The Insight: A deep-dive email for a newsletter.
• The Quote: A single powerful takeaway for a status update.
I’d love to hear from the community: What are your favorite “hacks” for making your content go further? Do you prioritize one platform, or do you tailor every post from scratch?
